Frameguard, a tough metal-reinforced polymer moulding, stops damage to the motor/battery casing and the lower end of the downtube. The impact of rock strikes around the crank area of the frame are absorbed and dispersed, instead of being able to crack, dent or shatter.
How does it fit to the bike?
A metal reinforced plate not only adds extra impact protection but also allows you to bend the Frameguard to fit the shape of the bike frame to give you a seamless fit. There are 4 self adhesive fastening tabs which stick to the frame and are attached to the Frameguard via Velcro straps. The Velcro straps hook through the tabs and the Frameguard to hold it to the frame. To remove the Frameguard simply undo the straps.
Shipping
For UK orders we ship with Royal Mail on a standard 2-5 working day service. This service is signed for and you will receive tracking details in a confirmation email when your order has been picked and packed.
For orders overseas, we use Royal Mail which is then handed to your national postal service. Delivery times will vary between countries but it should be delivered in less than 12 working days from when you receive the confirmation email containing the tracking details.
Returns
We've done extensive testing with Pro/Semi Pro and general all round gnarly riders so with their contribution to the design of Rockstop®, we are confident you will not be disappointed in this rim protector. As such, we will only accept returns if the item is unused i.e. not been fitted and ridden and returns to us with all the original packaging. Please send back to us with in 30 days of the order being placed and we will give you a full refund.
