International Shipping Alert

Update: 28th February 2023

As per Royal Mail's incident bulletin page, all international services have now resumed and we are shipping parcels from our warehouse as normal.

Please note that there may still be some delays for deliveries internationally.

Additionally, Royal Mail's tracking systems are still running slower than expected, so customers might be updated less than expected on the delivery progress of their parcel.

Thank you again for your continued patience.

Further update from Royal Mail indicates that International Tracked and Signed parcels are now being exported as normal - but with some delays.

Additionally, we are now able to dispatch parcels again from our warehouse, meaning all orders placed during this period of uncertainty have been released and will now be out for delivery.

Please note that we anticipate international orders to take longer than usual, as service returns to normal, and tracking information may not update as expected.

Thank you again for your continued patience and support.

25th January 2023

Updates from the Royal Mail today indicate that parcels held in their sorting offices are now being released and dispatched from their warehouses to the appropriate destinations.

Please note that Royal Mail have informed us that tracking information will be limited, but parcels should be arriving in due course. For further information, please see here: https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin

Royal Mail have asked that we continue to hold orders waiting to be dispatched from Rockstop until the backlog of items in hold have been cleared at the Royal Mail sorting offices. Therefore, any international orders placed on or after the 10th January are currently being held in our despatch area until Royal Mail will allow us to ship them.

Apologies again for the inconvenience, and thanks for your ongoing patience.

Please note, this does not effect any UK orders.

16th January 2023

Due to a combination of industrial strike action, followed by a cyber attack received by the Royal Mail, all previously dispatched international parcels during this period have been kept on hold at the Royal Mail depots.

Additionally, we've been forced to temporarily suspend dispatching any further international Royal Mail services from our warehouse.

We’re really sorry for any impact this may cause.

For more information on the issue, please see here. You will be directed to the Royal Mail service updates.

You will still be able to place an order as normal, however, you may be subject to delays.

Please note, this does not effect any UK orders.

We really appreciate your patience during this time. We will continue to monitor all parcels in hold and will update customers as soon as we receive communication from Royal Mail directly.
